Whataburger Of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead unit operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The GM will manage budgeting, marketing alignment, and staffing processes to meet performance goals and ensure a safe, clean restaurant environment. The role includes leadership development, adherence to brand standards, and participation in programs to achieve certifications linked to the position.

Qualificações

• Leadership and people management skills.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Schedules and conducts LTO training sessions.
• Attends Quarterly Business Meeting and GM meetings as required.
• Reports critical or unplanned situations to Area Manager.
• Manages payroll data and completes end-of-period paperwork.
• Ensures a clean, safe, and energy efficient operation during shifts.
