You will play a key role in ensuring a customer-focused operation and achieving unit objectives. As part of the leadership team, you will participate in development programs and achieve required certifications, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Conducts and attends meetings as required.
• Prepares standard and special reports for upper management.
• Oversees staff recruitment and training.
• Manages scheduling and labor costs to meet GOP targets.
• Ensures a clean, safe, and energy efficient operation.
