Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Nashville is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale restaurant. You will oversee operations, finances, people, culture, and guest experiences.

You will champion staff development, community engagement with local vendors and farms, and act as an ambassador for Indigo Road, delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused restaurant
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences
• Compassion for people and embrace Indigo Road core values
• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the restaurant, including operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more
• Engage with local vendors, businesses and farms to source quality products while educating junior team members
• Promote staff development and create a positive atmosphere to meet P&L goals
• Be the ambassador for Indigo Road and communicate effectively with team members and the community
