Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver fast, friendly guest service.

• Ensure food quality, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
• Maintain an inspection-ready facility and comply with health inspections.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet customer traffic.
• Enforce cleanliness, portion control and waste minimization.
• Lead safety protocols and emergency responses.
