Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management.
• Own restaurant performance including guest experience and operational results.
• Lead a high-performing team delivering guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in back-of-house systems and P&L management.
• Strong conflict-resolution and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing leaders for advancement.
• Develop talent and recognize high performers for promotion.
• Follow inventory control procedures to support smooth operations.
• Drive scheduling, labor management, expense tracking, and local restaurant marketing.
• Lead a culture of food safety meeting company standards.
