Job summary

Hickory Tavern is seeking a driven General Manager in Marvin, SC to lead restaurant operations and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll set the guest experience tone, train staff, and drive day-to-day excellence across FOH and BOH.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, financial management, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing. Strong leadership and P&L literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant management.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Strong communication and decision-making.
• Experience with POS, restaurant software, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of P&L and restaurant metrics.
• Able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
