Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Enlow, PA to lead operations and build a high-performing team. You will drive hospitality, quality food and a positive customer experience while overseeing hiring, training, and budgeting. This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a strong leadership mindset.

The GM will manage scheduling, performance issues and financial plans, with a focus on development and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of people development.
Able to manage schedules, budgets and customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee entire restaurant operations and lead the TEAM to deliver hospitality and food quality.
Hire, train and develop employees; conduct orientations and implement training plans.
Schedule staff, address performance issues and manage budgets and financial plans.
