Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant in Charleston. You will recruit and develop a quality team, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing costs and operations.

In this role you will oversee local marketing, staff training, and daily financial reporting to ensure strongROI. A proven track record in restaurant leadership and a ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience in restaurant operations.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• At least 2 years restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant with qualified employees and hourly management.
• Lead and model Radical Hospitality and ensure service standards.
• Oversee local store marketing and community relationships.
• Manage food cost and labor cost to meet ROI targets.
• Maintain facility and equipment in good condition.
• Review financial reports and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
