Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding Wingstop guest experience. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

You will lead with integrity, coach others, and use data to guide decisions while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-energy environment across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
