Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager in Grand Rapids to orchestrate restaurant operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will ensure safe, high-quality food and a welcoming guest experience while living the Border Foods core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant.
