UnitedCareerNetworks is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at two locations (Cincinnati, OH or Brookfield, WI). The role pays $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year and requires 18+ years of age with strong leadership, customer service, and P&L knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurant management or store leadership is a plus.
• New Store Opening experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop shop team members to realize their potential.
• Assess staff abilities and create development plans.
• Interview, hire, and onboard great people who represent company values.
• Foster a Good Vibes culture to attract and retain staff.
• Schedule associates, trainers, and shift leaders with efficiency.
• Hold regular meetings with shop staff to align goals.
• Delegate tasks to ensure high-quality execution.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and cash handling is correct.
• Maintain back-of-house standards and inventory controls.
• Drive local marketing and promotions to maximize sales.
