McAlister’s Deli is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage profitability at a franchised location in Illinois. The GM will supervise assistants and team members, uphold brand standards, and oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work all shifts and maintain exceptional attendance.

• Direct and supervise Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Schedule labor proactively to meet business needs and optimize costs.
• Monitor inventory, budget adherence, and asset protection.
• Foster positive guest relations and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and franchise brand standards.
