Job summary

Culver's Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Culver’s location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage food production, and ensure safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in food-industry management, strong leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A national food safety certification is preferred, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within the Culver’s mentee program.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a managerial role within the food industry (quick service or casual dining).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• National food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service.
• Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and health/safety compliance.
• Mentor and develop restaurant team, fostering skills and professional growth.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management: ordering supplies, stock levels, waste control.
• Understand and monitor financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
