Job summary

Wings Over Sanger is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, curate guest experiences, and drive profitable growth. You’ll coach a team, manage P&L, and uphold food safety and quality standards while staying hands-on on the floor during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (GM or ASGM ready to step up)
• Proven leadership to build, coach, and retain a reliable team
• Strong understanding of restaurant metrics, inventory control, and labor management
• ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a high‑performing team; foster a positive work environment.
• Drive Financial Success: Manage budget, P&L, labor costs, and food waste; implement strategies to increase sales.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high guest service levels; handle feedback professionally and use it to improve operations.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee opening/closing, inventory, and ordering; ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Be Hands‑On: Lead by example on the floor during peak hours, assist in kitchen or at the counter as needed.
