KBP Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a KFC restaurant, steering people, operations and financial performance.

You will recruit, coach and develop a team, optimize labor and inventory, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
