This salaried role requires a 50-hour weekly commitment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with compliance to all policies and laws. A valid driver’s license and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager or in food service leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be 18+ years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
