Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Good references.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Train the management team and crew on current procedures.
• Develop development plans with each employee to improve performance.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Control inventory and food costs to meet company variance standards.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, and training.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to procedures.
