Responsibilities

• Foster a positive environment to boost store morale.
• Lead by example and manage the team; plan, monitor, appraise performance, coach and provide feedback.
• Provide new hire training and ongoing development of Team Members.
• Complete necessary logs and paperwork.
• Staff appropriately to ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
• Check food quality and temperature to keep items fresh and safe.
• Check equipment for temperature and proper functioning.
• Process returns and refunds and resolve customer complaints as needed.
• Prepare and package signature menu items and drinks accurately per recipes and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety, food handling and sanitation standards per guidelines and health regulations.
• Contribute to cleaning and sanitizing the whole restaurant.
• Monitor, count and order inventory; unpack deliveries and stock items.
• Manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
