Job summary

Zaxbys in Loganville, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach teammates, and uphold brand standards. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll implement action plans aligned with company goals, drive sales, maintain safety and quality, and foster a positive culture. Must be 21+, DMV check, and 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and able to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills; ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to maintain a positive culture and high performance.
• Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Develop and execute action plans aligned with company goals to drive sales.
