KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Missouri. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure a high-quality guest experience at our KFC restaurants as part of KBP Foods’ growth.

This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of GM experience in quick service, are 18+, and can close the restaurant at least two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members and managers.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
