KBP Brands, a leading restaurant group, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our KFC franchise in Louisiana. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This role offers a structured development path, paid training, bonus opportunities, and a benefits package including health, PTO, and education benefits. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant.
