Job summary

KBP Foods, a leading KBP Brands restaurant operator, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Douglasville, GA. You will lead daily operations, drive profitability, recruit and develop team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our KFC locations.

This role offers paid training, bonus eligibility, and a path for growth within our expanding franchise system with supportive leadership and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality product.
