KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Kennesaw, GA to lead a busy KFC restaurant, drive profitability, manage a team, and ensure guests have a great experience.

With 800 locations nationwide and a strong focus on growth, the role offers a competitive bonus program, medical benefits, PTO, and opportunities for advancement through our internal programs. Must be 18+ with 1+ year GM experience in food service or retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
