Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, security, inventory, and labor; review financials and take action.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to uphold operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct biweekly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, guest‑friendly restaurant with quality products.
