Responsibilities

• Create a fun, high-energy restaurant service environment exceeding guest expectations.
• Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and quality improvements.
• Resolves guest complaints using the THANKS model.
• Ensures calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback and coaching to all team members.
• Cross-train staff and develop new skills.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies; manage inventory and upkeep of equipment.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
