Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass training tests.
• Must have vehicle access and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun, high-energy restaurant service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assists and resolves guest complaints using the THANKS model.
• Ensures all incoming calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular team training and coaching.
