Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and uphold McDonald’s QSC standards. You’ll coach managers, optimize scheduling, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong P&L acumen, and dedication to people development. You’ll work with a franchisee team to meet financial targets while maintaining compliance and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong grasp of restaurant operations and profitability drivers.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and staff for peak performance.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and QA standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of Managers and Supervisors to drive operations and profitability.
• Coach managers on goal setting, tracking, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to QSC standards and health regulations.
• Attend leadership meetings and review department performance weekly.
• Manage restaurant P&L to achieve financial targets.
