Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or equivalent large staff.
• Strong business sense with ability to drive profitability.
• Comfort with budgeting, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multi-manager team to deliver operational excellence.
• Monitor P&L, set financial targets, and implement action plans.
• Ensure QSC standards and food safety compliance across shifts.
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and people metrics.
• Manage payroll, reporting, and administrative duties.
• Be available to work 45+ hours weekly and stay on-call.
