Zax LLC in Dillon, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and cultivate a positive team culture. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop plans to drive sales, control costs, and ensure compliance with brand standards while mentoring team members and conducting regular performance reviews. This role is on-site with focus on results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high team morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, development, sales growth, cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and brand guidelines across all tasks.
• Conduct crew performance reviews and support managers with evaluations.
