Zax LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive guest experiences, and sustain high morale. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, cost control, and execution of company standards to deliver quality service.

This role requires 21+ with a valid license, ability to work 5 days/48 hours, and a track record in restaurant management. You’ll mentor staff, develop action plans, and partner with leadership to grow sales while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Restaurant management experience or supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, training, sales growth, cost management, and ensuring operational standards are upheld.
• Oversee staffing levels, interviewing, hiring, and recognition of top performers.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Develop action plans to drive sales and improve profitability while maintaining compliance with policies.
