• Strong leadership and team-building abilities to grow and develop staff.
• Ability to manage operations under pressure while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including closing shifts regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
