Job summary

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team).
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Effective communication and the ability to anticipate customer needs; and
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding.
• Staffing and performance management responsibilities are key for daily operations.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to uphold standards.
• Oversee inventory, budget, food ordering and costs to support operational goals.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain high safety standards for guests and employees and drive results.
