Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability; min. 50 hours per week.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management: recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Ensure Food Safety, Quality and Quantity; uphold hygiene and brand recipes.
• Drive Guest Satisfaction and handle guest feedback to improve service.
• Achieve Operational Excellence; maintain cleanliness and safety; conduct evaluations.
