You will own inventory, budgeting, and safety standards while coaching staff to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment, upholding brand quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service, and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding; Staffing; Performance Management; Train and motivate.
• Be in the know: Plan for inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs; ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
