You will coach and develop leaders, manage sales and labor, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure policies and brand standards are followed. This is a key leadership role shaping the future of our restaurants.

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
