Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability while upholding Wingstop standards and culture.

You will coach, train, and mentor leaders, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with the District Manager to reach company goals. This is an opportunity to build future leaders within our growing restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
