Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales, profitability, and a culture of accountability while coaching future leaders.

You will manage staffing, training, compliance, and financials, partner with your District Manager to meet restaurant and company goals, and uphold Wingstop brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills are essential.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
