Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This key leadership role focuses on accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining Wingstop standards.

You will partner with your District Manager, coach and develop staff, manage costs, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and create a positive culture where team members feel valued

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Partner with District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
