Job summary

VPC Pizza Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to supervise daily operations of the front and back of house, maintain P&L, train staff, and support corporate and restaurant operations. The role ensures guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

The General Manager will lead staff, manage schedules, and implement company policies while maintaining a safe work environment and strong guest service culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Experience in training staff on service techniques.
• Diverse front-of-house experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to lead and direct a diverse workforce and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules for front of house and kitchen to meet business levels.
• Supervise all staff during shifts; manage mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff; conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead hiring process for restaurant and ensure adherence to policies.
