Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast-food/quick-service environments is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Increase sales and profit potential.
