Domino's of Dallas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive results. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, and customer service while guiding a team to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate has prior management or supervisory experience in fast-food or quick-service settings, a valid driver’s license, and a track record of strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost and labor.
• Numerical aptitude for calculations and quick math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
