Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Ability to lead and develop Department and Shift Managers.

• Plan for success by recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and coaching.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory and costs to meet goals.
