Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent development, and reporting
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly to maximize service
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to drive business changes
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience
