Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen and dining operation. You will manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales through efficient inventory control and customer service excellence.

The role focuses on directing daily operations, ensuring safety, and training team members to deliver top-tier service while maintaining strong financial performance and reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent development, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members for timely preparation and packaging of customer orders and high service levels.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to drive business improvements.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
