McDonald's in Miami is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and uphold McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You will lead Department Managers, coach staff, and hire a strong team to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. This role requires 18+ years, prior GM experience in quick-service, and a passion for developing people. You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage budgets, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress and coach for improvement.
• Partner with leaders to create plans that achieve restaurant goals and ensure profitability.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
