KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a KFC location, focusing on people, operations, and financial performance. Lead a strong team, deliver guest experiences, and grow toward above-store leadership. You’ll build a capable team, manage costs, and drive strong restaurant results.

You’ll own performance, recruit and coach staff, and ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment while meeting profitability targets. Training and bonuses align with performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant with friendly service and quality food.
