Slim Chickens (3Pointe Restaurant Group) is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in McPherson, KS. You will drive guest hospitality, training, and performance, owning the business results with a strong emphasis on people and process.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in restaurant management, a ServSafe certification, and the ability to manage a team, P&L, and guest relations. Competitive pay with bonus opportunities and growth are included.

Qualifications

• 4 years restaurant management experience.
• College diploma, high school diploma or GED.
• Active ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to observe, analyze and execute floor improvements.
• Ability to lead a team (coaching, counseling, motivating and developing).
• Ability to recruit, build and develop a talented team.
• Ability to travel for management training and development.
• Ability to manage a P&L and control key costs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership of daily operations with a sense of urgency.
• Address guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Complete store checklists to maintain cleanliness and hospitality.
• Hiring and scheduling tasks.
• Manage inventory and place orders.
• Analyze store financials including payroll.
• Oversee marketing and community relations.
• Foster a productive and fun team culture.
