Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team.
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain quality food and friendly service.
- Lead, coach and develop staff in line with Border Foods CORE values.
- Manage scheduling, staffing and labor costs while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Monitor P&L and drive profitability through operational decisions.
