Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, with final accountability for operation, growth, and profitability. The role requires delivering the brand experience with high quality, service, and cleanliness, while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The position is salaried with an expected weekly commitment of 50 hours, and may adjust based on business demands. You will recruit, train, coach, and retain a best-in-class team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager or similar food-service leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor, and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe certification.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
