RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a General Manager for a flagship Sterling, VA restaurant. You will lead all daily operations with full P&L responsibility, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional hospitality to a loyal guest base.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-volume, upscale casual settings, strong leadership, and solid control of food cost, labor, and inventory. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in high-volume, upscale casual or full-service restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity, and controllable costs.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor future restaurant leaders.
• Maintain top standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and execution.
• Analyze financial performance and implement improvement strategies.
